Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

 

Processing Time

Each item is thoughtfully made just for you, so it may take a little extra time before it’s ready to ship. Due to the busy holiday season, delivery times are extended. Orders placed now will arrive after December 25.

 

Please allow approximately 7 business days for embroidering, and an additional 10–20 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Please note that all sales are final.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Free shipping is available within U.S. and select regions. It is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:
 

  • US Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
     

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, location, and holidays. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking page. You can enter your email on the tracking page to subscribe to real-time shipping updates: we’ll email you each time there’s a new status on your order.

 

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be if your package goes missing. If your order shows as Delivered but you haven't received it, please try the following before reaching out:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local neighborhood group (e.g., Facebook or Nextdoor).
     

  2. Speak directly with your mail carrier or delivery service for details on where the package may have been left.
     

  3. Contact your local post office and ask them to follow up with your carrier.
     

  4. Wait 1–2 days — sometimes packages are marked "delivered" prematurely and arrive shortly after.
     

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed or products damaged during shipping, we’ll do our best to assist. Please contact us at shop@underdogwarriors.org with your order number, pictures of any damaged items, and any relevant details. We’re here to help!

Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Underdog Warriors and shopping with us! Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is carefully crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, which means we are unable to accept returns. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a refund. Please e-mail shop@underdogwarriors.org within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you promptly in processing your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the return is approved.

Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will not be reimbursed.
